The Stuart Lake Mens Shed Society has completed our setup stage and now has a location in the Mall in Fort St. James. It is leased and we will continue to fundraise and seek a permanent site and workshop.

We are part of a global movement of men coming together for men’s health and wellness. To trade our stories and skills and offer services to each other and to our local community. “

We are a Registered BC Society and part of the Men’s Shed Associations of BC and Canada.
We are planning fundraising events, and open to donations but at this time have nowhere to store donated goods. We are not a CRA tax deductible Society but cash donations are welcome.
Meetings will be posted in town, on this website, on the Facebook Community site. and in the window of the shop in the Mall beforehand. You may join by attending one and soon via an online form on the CONTACT page.

Note that the Men’s Shed is a community volunteer service and does not wish commercial jobs or to compete with local tradesmen or businesses.
But if you are in financial need and require volunteer services, please contact us before you go without.
