June minutes accepted

Financial report: `16,000 + 15,000 term

Car show report: entrants down profit but not yet reportable

Store report: Aug. sales $2200 card sales approx. 50% card reader costs on that $23

Remove shuffleboard to trailer for future disposal:

Dispose items on shuffleboard: members take, bargain basement, publis freebie and prepare area fpr workspace and tables. Phil okayed to buy lights, 4 ft power strips

Pricing policy: Items priced over $100 must be agreed to by several members. Pricing will be reviewed often, further steps up for future discussions

Staffing for front desk: next 2 weeks covered, discussion on how to get more volunteers

Tyler look into grants offered for a summer studenta and steps needed if we get any.

Discuaaion by Rick and Phil reminding we are not just a second hand store, we must increase involment with community & other groups and increase memberswhip and younger members.
Motion 2d carried – to hold a Meet and Greet ; Thursday Oct 8 from 4pm to 6pm to do so, snacks supplied, hire Cindy if necessary
