Meeting called to order 2:00 pm Oct. 14, 226
1- Accepted minutes of Sept. meeting
2- Accepted current financial report
3- Store report: brought in over $2700 in Sept. Store covering monthl y expenses.
4- Shuffleboard: is not being used, takes up too much space, have nowhere else to store it. Discussed cutting it into table or bar countertops if not wanted. Ralph W and Tyler making final effort to find a taker.
5- Discussion on purchasing a power lifter in order to load, unload and move large items as most of our working members are older and physically hindered. Motion passed for Phil Short to report back with two or three choices within a budget of $3000 for next meet.
6- Discussion on how to get more help to man the shop and help with labour needs and projects
7- Ralph and Tyler will look at cost and availability of a 10-12 foot Uhaul type trailer for pickup and moving donated items for next meet.
9 – Meet And Greet motion passed to hold it in conjunction with Moonlight Madness Christmas Event, show the shop off, engage the public w snacks, coffee etc tentatively from 6-8 pm

OTHER: Work stations will be set in the area freed once the shuffleboard is gone.
We will try to recruit more active members so we can do more repair and community projects next year.
More effort will be made to keep the shop clean and orderly. Delivery of store items will be restricted to those in need, some donated items will be redirected to proper places or refused.
