Due to predicted rain over the weekend, a wind warning for the PG area and soggy condition of the Park grounds we’ve had to postpone Saturday’s Community Yard Sale. The Committee will plan for a bigger more organized sale in the spring when good weather returns. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Our Community Yard Sale is this Saturday 9-2 at Cottonwood Park. Please spread the word as anyone may set up a table, a spot, or sell right out of their vehicle for a $10 donation to the Men’s Shed. We will have a booth where people can find all about us and even sign up as a member or donate towards us. It is important we are SEEN out there as active community members, so do tell others and try to show up yourselves, Bring the family for some fun.
The Stuart Lakes Men’s Shed fundraising is now able to accept donations online via e-tansfers (Interac) to stuartlakemensshed@gmail.com, by mail to Men’s Shed Box 2049 Fort St James BC V0J 1P0, or by drop off at Unit #4 in the Mall next to Service BC. If you wish to donate goods, please contact a member and hold onto them as we have nowhere to store them at this time.
